John Fitzpatrick OBE Elected rep to the Open position. Worked at the Law Centre 1979- 1992, been on MC since. Chair of Law Centres Federation. Director of Kent Law Clinic. OBE 2006 for “services to access to justice”.

Cllr Stephen Cowan Administration Cllr – nominated after May 06 elections.

Halina Ismael  Nominated rep Horn of Africa Community Group. MC member over 10 years. Director, Horn of Africa Community Group, Acting Chair of Refugee Council; Chair London Refugee Voice; Horn of Africa are one of our main referring organisations. Assists with recruitment (shortlisting and interviewing).

John Long Elected rep over 10 years. Long supporter of Law Centre. Vice-chair of MC. Responsibility as officer for staff recruitment and other legal functions of the MC. Long-standing involvement local NHS workplaces as employee and union rep- refers important cases from local public sector workplaces and provides advice and assistance to workers under Law centre guidance.

Tina Martin long-standing supported of Law Centre, long experience working with people with disabilities locally and also volunteering at the Irish Centre.

Solo Bin Mwalimu  Long supporter of the Law Centre, H&F Refugee Forum volunteer, assists with recruitment (shortlisting and interviewing) and has provided invaluable assistance in mediation and other services with clients.

George Sheerin Chair of MC, member of original Steering Cttee which set up the Law Centre, and MC member ever since. (28 years). Originally member of local housing coop. Long-serving worker and trade union rep at NHHT offices Askew rd W12. Long involvement with Hammersmith Irish community. For some time Director of major London housing association (no properties in H&F). Enormous experience of housing and employment issues from both sides. Responsibility as Chair and officer for staff recruitment and other legal functions of the MC; responsible for formal public face of Law Centre.
